Sean Green, PresidentSean Green, Owner and President of GCS, is a Service-Disabled Veteran with 16 years of construction industry experience, specializing in the installation, start-up, and commissioning of MEP systems. Sean has led commissioning efforts on over 50 projects and brings military-inspired discipline and precision to every project.
Sean’s career includes significant roles in several esteemed organizations. From 2016 to 2024, he served as a Regional Manager at Command Commissioning, and prior to that, he worked as a Commissioning Agent from 2014 to 2016. His earlier roles at Siemens Industry included Account Executive (2012-2014), Engineering Specialist (2011-2012), and System Specialist (2008-2011). Sean also served in the US Army as a Special Electronics Device Repairer from 2004 to 2008 doing a 15 month tour to FOB Kalsu, Iraq where he served as the squad leader for his company's communications and electronics section. |
Throughout his career, Sean has gained extensive systems experience. His expertise in Mechanical/HVAC Systems includes building automation systems, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, heat exchangers, pumps, air handling systems, terminal units, fume hoods, TAB verification, refrigerant pumps, rack coolers, aisle containment, and fuel/oil systems. In Electrical Systems, he has worked with switchgear, panelboards, PDUs, emergency power generators, UPSs, ATSs, and lighting controls. His Plumbing Systems experience covers water heaters, fixtures, PRVs, and pumps. Additionally, Sean has proficiency in Specialty Systems, including access controls, CCTV, fire alarm, pre-action dry-pipe systems, and fire pumps
